This is the second time we’ve used Tacoma Chem-Dry and both have been absolutely wonderful. We got a puppy a few months ago and needed the living room carpet treated for urine (puppy oops) as well as cleaning a bedroom carpet and a chair. Dependable, pleasant and really gets it all clean! Thank you Dale! Our carpet smells great….again.
Dale came out for us today, we couldn’t be happier! We have six month old hypoallergenic carpets from Empire but between three senior dogs and two puppies we had some problem spots and we wanted to get a cleaning done just to refresh and get back to clean. He did an amazing job, our carpets look (and smell) brand new, he was so quick while being thorough. The carpets in the bedrooms that didn’t need PURT (the pet treatment) dried in just a few hours even on a very cold day and best of all I didn’t have to spend a whole day using my home machine. He was educational and recommended several ways to treat potential future spots, we still have... Dale came out for us today, we couldn’t be happier! Eric did a great job! He was punctual for our appointment and kept me updated as the job progressed. Eric was very professional and was able to clean our carpets, address stains and recommended appropriate treatments to help maintain the carpets after cleaning. Closing out the appointment, the final price for the cleaning was very competitive and was considerably lower then competitors. I would definitely recommend using ChemDry and I will be using Eric for any future service! Thanks Eric for your hard work. You did a great job!
They came and cleaned my area rug, and two couches and a loveseat. Jeb was awesome! Very professional and everything looks new again! Jeb needs a raise!!! ❤️
Super carpeted room and stair cleaning job. Dale and Skyler were so personable and professional during the cleaning job and were thorough in all aspects. Excellent teamwork and communication while moving cleaning machinery, hoses, and electrical cords, especially on the stairs in a multilevel home. I am disabled and wheelchair bound, and they were very accommodating to leaving entrance ways clear at all times for me. 5 Stars, but more a 10 out of 10! The best!
