I was initially excited to find out he was a local guy. Apparently lived in a house a couple blocks from here when he was a kid. But his initial, seemingly-helpful attitude did not extend to any real life problem solving. The scope of work kept getting less, meanwhile the price remained the same. He didn’t know or follow the relevant codes for building steps. The agreed upon price was said to include the cost of a permit, but I later found out no permits were filed. When the issue was brought up, he initially told me it was fine and up to code. When the work was confirmed to be out of code with the city inspector, all texts were then ignored.... Tyler and his crew did one heck of a job on our patio for our pergola and future hot tub. I even threw in the added step area to him on the fly. He is one heck of a finisher. This job came out 110% better than I expected. I recommend him and his crew above everyone else !!!! The photo speaks for itself !!!! Give Tyler a call, and you will not regret it !!!!!

Tyler and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on our front walk. All the guys working here were courteous, neat, hardworking and knowledgeable. My uneven, cracked brick walkway now looks fantastic. I am planning on having them do my patio and pool deck!
