They removed a nail and missed the hole when patching, leaving me nearly stranded when I lost a lot of tire pressure. The tech also didn't understand tire pressure and added more than recommended for my car which could have led to wear problems.

Mountain rescue?! You bet! My truck got stuck towing a trailer in the Carson forest pass at 9,300 feet about 30 minutes from Terra Amarillo and after three good samaritans helped me get her off the road and gave me a ride into town, my cold call to owner Salvador ended up being just the rescue I needed. He personally and safely towed me with a strap and his new apprentice Caleb behind the wheel of my 4runner down the mountain, examined my brakes and under the hood and diagnosed the practically empty engine oil. Exceptional repair shop! We lost a water pump belt driving through on vacation and managed to limp into TA Tire and Lube right at the end of the day. They did an excellent job repairing the car, made sure they got all the right parts and did a through repair in a very short time and at a very affordable price. And not only that, they went out of their way to make sure my wife and I were taken care of as well; we’d have never gotten back to our hotel that night without their help. Straight up good and honest people as well as great auto techs!
