Systems Plus Computers - Apple Authorized Service Provider

I have used Systems Plus Computers for many years, since before it was Systems Plus - and was called Chips Computers, and I have never been disappointed with their service: accurate, helpful, honest and patient. Just recently, I had a problem, a very annoying trackpad issue, with my MacBook Air. I took it in and consulted with Marc von Geldern in their service department. He figured out what I was doing to cause the error, explained to me how to avoid it in the future and corrected it on the spot. Wonderful! Great computer repair and service shop. They can take care of your Mac or PC with knowledgeable staff and awesome customer service. They have you covered without breaking the bank. Best all around computer shop! ❤️ I know they also offer managed services for your business and will provide on-site or remote support if needed.

I'd like to share my fantastic experience at your Lebanon location, specifically regarding the excellent service provided by Marc and Caitlyn. Marc repaired my MacBook very quickly, and it is now working perfectly. Additionally, Caitlyn was incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout the process. Together, they made the entire experience seamless and pleasant.
