Stephanie and the Syntreme team were amazing. Always answered when I called, and a speedy response time. From providing a quote to when work was completed was less than a week. Stephanie often came by to inspect the quality of the remodel. Ensuring professionalism and cleanliness each day of the project. I will be using Syntreme for all future renovation projects.
Look no further! Syntreme rebuilt the majority of our home after the Dec 10 2023 tornado that uprooted a giant pine tree and slammed it into our home. Luckily no one was injured. After meeting with a few contractors which caused headaches with our State Farm insurance, we met Stephanie at Syntreme (thanks to a Google search). From the very beginning, she was honest and upfront with us. She knew how to handle insurance companies, mortgage companies, and all the inspections. Stephanie and her crew did an Amazing Job in building my new deck with sun-room! She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful with assisting with the insurance claim with providing detail numbers the claim adjuster needed. They go done with the project way ahead of schedule which was awesome! When problems were discovered she made me aware and showed me the issue before doing any additional work which I appreciate show, so it would never appear that things were being add to the project for no reason. After the project was completed she made sure that our property was cleaned and that we were completely satisfied. I would defiantly recommend...
