Received a lot of high quotes from other mechanics and shops. Not only was sweeten creek automotive the most affordable in the Asheville Area, to my surprise gave me a discount when they found out I was a veteran, which wasn’t necessary. Very thoughtful of them. Great to know they support first responders, and veterans. Highly recommend, they’re very personal, honest, and they do great work. Thank you Andrea and Scott!
Great shop. Been there a few times between our two cars now and always very knowledgeable, easy to deal with, get the fix done for a good price. Its been great to find a mechanic we can rely on. Thanks.
I have taken my 94 Land Cruiser to Sweeten Creek Automotive a few times over the past 2 years. They always do a great job! I really appreciate them taking good care of my old truck no matter how challenging the job. Great folks and great service! I highly recommend them and appreciate all they have done.
My faith in a civilized decent humanity has been restored in about fifteen minutes. It was a small job that I should have been able to do myself but I didn’t have the confidence or the tools. Anyway I read about this shop in the reviews here and thought…no it was more I felt that taking it to this shop was the right thing. There person at the front desk was genuinely nice and the mechanic came right out and commenced to fixing the problem. With a sledge hammer! But it was exactly what was needed and he wielded it with precision and care. And then put everything back in place with skill. With some added parts. But wait here’s the crazy part!!!... But now he has a lifetime customer, one that will refer him often!!!
Scott and Andrea are the best! Our car was making a loud rattling noise when backing up, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They also researched different prices for the parts and gave us the best price. The total came out to be even a little bit less than they had originally quoted. We have been using their services for both our vehicles for over a year and we have always been very pleased with their quality and speed. They were much more effective than going to the Ford dealership. Highly recommend!
