James is a super hero! He fixed the leak in the washing machine and then asked if any other appliances needed attention, which I needed a different burner for the stove. He ordered another one and brought it back the following week. He goes beyond the call of duty! I highly recommend James!

My dryer suddenly started making a noise that it definitely wasn't supposed to make. I took it apart myself to hopefully fix the issue, but after 5 attempts later and no success I decided to call in an expert. James arrived on time for the service call and even accomodated a minor schedule issue on our side. He diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes, then 40 minutes and one stubborn metal bushing later and my dryer is now running smoothly! James was a joy to talk with and very professional and efficient. He will be my go-to for any future appliance repairs!
