The crew arrived on time, were polite and courteous. Every aspect of the service was explained prior to beginning. We were kept informed of their progress throughout the service and shown pictures our vents before and after cleaning. Care was taken to return everything to original locations. I would highly recommend Swanton and this crew in particular.

I recently had a new Rudd heating and air conditioning system installed. The technicians were prompt, highly skilled, and meticulous. The proposal I received from the owner, Jeff, was highly competitive and clearly described. I would highly recommend this company for a new installation or for service.

Jeff, Tim and Amanda of Swanton Energy Services were fantastic to do business with. I unfortunately had some unexpected issues with my heat/plumbing due to the cold weather, and Swanton sent Tim out immediately to make sure I wasn’t stuck for long without heat. The whole team were knowledge, friendly and efficient with their work and got me back up and running with my heat in no time. And they did it all for an extremely fair price! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and they even sent Jeff out to do a courtesy check in with me today to make sure all was still well. Would highly recommend!

We used Swanton because the prior homeowner used them. Brian came out and did a maintenance on our boiler…..he has been maintaining the boiler for some time. We just bought the house and I’ve never had a boiler before. Brian was gracious enough to walk me through the boiler maintenance and showed me all the different components and how they worked. He indicated due to the recent upgrades he made under the prior owners, the boiler is in great shape. We are very happy with Swanton’s skilled service people and their pricing…very affordable! Great job, 5 stars!
