The Swank team went over and above on the remodel. Very pleasant and easy to work with. I have had 2 other contractors come to look over project. With no luck. When Jim came to meet me and go over the project, he just kept saying Yes we can do that. After several yes answers. I stopped him to explain. All the No's I have gotten. So excited to work with them. I had explained. I know the idea. Just unable to visualize the final project. When they got done ..it was more than I dreamed...so happy. Such a difference. I needed help with an exterior wall that leaked and destroyed the wall, subfloor, and part of the floor joists. I had some reimbursement from the insurance, but had to pay the rest on my own. Swank worked with me to allow me the option of cutting some costs by doing the finish painting, trim work and staining the exterior wood siding myself. The Swank team was able to schedule my job much quicker than most other companies had quoted. They assigned a Program manager, a Project manager, and 2 others to go over every detail of the project and projected timing, including me in the discussion. We recently had Swank Builders finish up a couple projects in our home — they redid our fireplace and our butler’s pantry — and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Daryl and Andrew were awesome to work with. They showed up on time every day, were respectful of our home, and kept everything clean throughout the project. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show. Highly recommend Swank Builders if you want a team that’s professional, easy to work with, and delivers great results.

First class outfit. Had major bathroom renovation and other tilework done in my home. Job manager Jeremy was first class and the craftsmen Anthony and Adam did a great job as did the tile contrator. Overall, the best construction/remodelling service that I could have asked for. I have a long history in industrial design and construction and have an appreciation for the fine work Swank performed.

We used Swank Builders on two separate projects. Right from the “get go”, clear lines of communication were established. Jeff Cox (project manager) ALWAYS responded within the same day if not within hours. Timeliness, professionalism, and build quality were all 5 stars. The lead carpenter (Darryl) was excellent to work with and his finish work was exceptional. Top notch.
