I've been going to Darren for 7 years now through 2 different cars. He's honest, timely, has very fair prices, and takes time to explain things clearly. Whenever someone asks for a mechanic recommendation, he's the first and only person I'd recommend.
The owner of the garage committed gross negligence, directly allowing my beloved Lincoln Town Car to be stolen off his lot while awaiting repairs. It had been gone for over a week before he even noticed (after a follow-up call to ask if the work was done). He revealed he irresponsibly left the car unlocked, the security cameras had been disabled for a week (clearly these aren’t regularly checked), and he even said a car had previously been stolen from the garage before in broad daylight. I would expect any responsible business owner to take action, improve security, offer remorse and properly compensate me for my loss. This garage clearly has... This garage clearly has a serious liability problem on its hands with its negligent operations. I hope the owner will have a change in heart, apologize and take appropriate action to make things right.
THIS MECHANIC IS A LOWLIFE THAT DOES SLOPPY WORK. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME! BEWARE!!! SVS put the wrong transmission fluid in my Jeep. Also charged me for a kit that included a gasket which was a complete LIE. Had to take my Jeep to MIDAS for the right transmission fluid, GASKET and to fix the mess SVS caused. Darren refused to give me a full refund (charged for an invisible gasket and the wrong transmission fluid) which doesn't surprise me since this shop is shady.
