Sutphin Car Wash

I didn’t want to do this but I have too. Let me begin by saying I work at a carwash myself before, I know at times when its busy you cannot make it clean as if it come from the dealership. I went for a wash told attend only vacuum, and wash. Hows this acceptable, this look like it never vacuumed and I paid for it. At the time i was there it was myself and 1 car behind me so it wasn’t busy. Even if you are busy you make it look presentable. This is so bad.

I had stopped using their services but ended up visiting them once again today. The service is bad. When you get back the car you will find its not vacuumed properly, dashboard looks as dusty as before wash, windshield screen and windows are not touched!

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. They failed to shut the door of my car and it got soaked with water and soap. Spoke to the manager who refused to take accountability and no actions were taken. You get what you pay for, so go elsewhere.
