We recently needed to replace the floors in our home due to some problems with the floors we had. Peyton and Tiffany did a lot of research for us to make sure that everything was done correctly when installing the new floors. It was quite a big job and William and his crew worked very hard. They were very professional and respectful and they truly worked non-stop to finish the job asap! I can’t praise that company enough! Communication was very easy. My sales person answered all my questions throughout the process, they worked with my work schedule to do the installation, the two guys Daniel and Jose that installed the flooring were hard working, so very courteous, and they cleaned up everywhere there was a mess. I highly recommend Surfaces!

Really frustrating experience. Re-doing our kitchen backsplash. Went in and picked everything out, spending over 2 hours of our time that we can’t get back- only to find out the center piece we chose was discontinued. They cannot get product that they had hanging in their showroom. Learned that the manufacturer of this particular product had gone out of business in the U.S. several years prior. Went back a second time, spending over another hour of my time picking something else out. After getting it all picked out, I brought the second displayed sample home to confirm before purchasing-only to find out that it is also discontinued. The store...Really frustrating experience. Our salesperson (Kim) was terrific. Otherwise, I can’t say much positive about this store.
