The entire installation team did a fabulous job on my new fireplace. It looks fantastic. It is modern and I love the way the flames can change color and it looks really good in my space. The work that the team did on my Chimney outside was done efficiently; they cleaned up everything before they left and all Installers were very professional . Overall very disappointed with this company. I have tried to be patient and allow opportunities to remedy issues, feeling like I get the run-around each time and that there is a lack of care. Attached are photos of the roof pass-through, flashing, sealant, and the overall lean to the chimney pipe which I have been told is satisfactory…also the estimate including running the flashing under the shingles with ice/water shield.
I am making this review to hopefully get the company to make proper repairs that were agreed to in writing…also to show others and hopefully prevent unnecessary damage to their home. I will say all of the technicians that...Overall very disappointed with this company.
