Supreme was great! Our plumber was Joe, who was efficient and thorough. We had two shut off valves and the he main house shut off valve. He also threw in a water quality test. Gave us very helpful info (they sell sell some purifiers/filters, but he wasn’t pushy). They also do financing for some larger jobs. Highly recommend them!
Ricardo installed my water furnace geothermal unit. So far working well. He patiently answered all my questions, was very respectful and tidied up each day after his work. He worked a long day the first day in conjunction with Connelly drilling to ensure the unit was up and running so I wouldn’t be without heat. I do want to add that Supreme could improve on assigning someone so the customer knows who to contact with questions. Once Ryan the sales guy had me sign the contract, I found it very hard to find someone to figure out the next steps. Still trying to get Supreme to update the contract to include the updated warranty. Charlie AI can't really help much other than say someone will call me back. Most times I am waiting a long time for that return call. The owner of Connelly Drilling though was very responsive and prompt in replying to concerns and questions.
Very simply, I called asked if they could install an under sink instant hot, said they could. They came out same day promptly and I asked if he knew how to install an under sink instant hot and he said they've done many. I told him another plumber came out and couldn't do it. He played with the instructions for at least a half hour and called his boss. While he waited for his boss he wasted time testing our water. His boss arrived, the 2 of them conferred and it was decided they didn't want to finish what the other plumber couldn't.
Team arrived at 10am and prepared our floors for them to move through the house. They then began dismantling our old HVAC system and cleaned up the area before installing the new systems inside and out. They were able to do the complete install in about 5 hrs. Their work looks great, their cleanup was terrific and they explained the system and answered all of our questions. Overall their work was excellent.
