Pavel showed up in a Tesla to work on my refrigerator two days ago and did not complete service or repairs for my middle three drawers. I paid for the 5 year warranty on my refrigerator and he is unable and unwilling to deliver on his promise to fix it. Very disappointing. Would highly recommend going with another service provider.
They came super late which made me have to miss a whole day of work and they didn’t even fix my washer and when I called to say it wasn’t fixed they stopped responding. I was referred to them from home depot warranty. I would give them no stars if I could.
Reading reviews I'll be honest I was hesitant(Yelp), but most people don't post positive reviews and only the negative. Supreme Appliance Repair was assigned from Squaretrade. The technician, whose name I didn't get, was absolutely phenomenal. I had let him know the parts that were shipped I didn't believe were the correct ones and that was right. No fault to Supreme though as that's the issue with the Squaretrade customer service. Tech went to his work vehicle to see if he had spare parts that might work, but unfortunately were the wrong fitting size. The tech then went above and beyond to create a temporary fix until the part comes in so th... They were scheduled to perform a dishwasher warranty repair. We changed our schedule to be home for their arrival. They confirmed the appoint and thenkept changing the times and date of repairs to meet their convenience. We are trying to find a REPUTABLE company to do the work!
This is the worse company ever! Technician came to my house, saw the washer spinning, and stormed out, I went chasing behind him to tell him that it doesn't drain the water, tried to explain the issue, he came out of his car yelled something to me went back in his car and took off, he didn't even allow 5 seconds to hear me so that I can explain, right after I called the company was trying to explain to the lady on the phone what had happened and she just hung up on me...tried calling again and there was no answer. They run their business through AI and you cant speak with anyone in the US. I am unable to get the report from the tech who came out and performed services on my 3 year old refrigerator and now its not working. I highly suggest to not use this business since you will never get ahold of them and they will leave your appliance broken.
After three appointments, technician Alex finally fixed my dryer. Jennica was also polite and very helpful with scheduling when I call. Thanks for good customer service. It took longer than expected, but I’m happy that issue was resolved.
This company is extremely unprofessional. My washing machine repair was scheduled between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, then I received a text changing it to 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. When I asked about it, they were rude and basically said they could change the time whenever they wanted. They then refused to answer my calls when I tried to reschedule. I finally had to call from my work phone before they answered. On the day of the repair, the technician looked at the item for about 20 seconds and said it looked like something we did. He then said he does not repair that and would not even let me explain that the parts were already there. This item keeps... This company is extremely unprofessional.
