Superior Water & Air

Kyle did an awesome job replacing my old water heater with a new one. It was a bit complicated because the previous owner was a DIY'er and didn't do a great job with the pipes and stuff but Kyle had the skills to get my new one installed right and it's working great. Will definitely call Superior in the future!

Kyle did a fantastic job. He had run into a problem with rust where a flange use to be till it rusted out. The builder put duct tape over the wax ring and we obviously didn’t know until 25 years later when we had the toilets replaced. Once that was all chipped away the toilet needed a new flange. Then it went good after that . The second toilet went in easy, at least for me, I just watched. Love the new toilets. Good job Kyle !

Kyle was amazing. He carefully explained what he found and walked me through what the next steps would be with our repipe. Also, he had a very calm and soothing demeanor, which definitely got us through the shock and stress of discovering our home had polybutylene pipes and needed all new pipes! I really appreciated the extensive time he spent communicating everything. I was managing all of this situation from another state, and I spent hours on the phone with him. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him in any way…it was quite the opposite. I would recommend Superior to anyone and everyone!

The service technician Kyle Haskin was great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem efficiently. In the end I was happy to pay the diagnostic fee, but opted to have someone perform the repair because the quoted price was outrageously high for the repair. Once again the tech was awesome. But the repair price was outrageous.
