In closing, I hope it's by designed as I like the model of keeping the same technician assigned to a service home by service rendered. This way they already know the history & can quickly ascertain what the issue may be faster than a rotational service model.

This weekend with the cold and snow coming we realized our 30 year old furnace was not going to do the job. Superior service Korey was helpful and reassuring while investigating and then explaining the situation. The furnace is not safe because of cracks. Immediately called for portable heaters and service to purchase new unit. All 3 of the superior guys were helpful and kind. They all were understanding of cold divided by no furnace is very stressful. We have a plan in place and are comfortable with the decisions these professionals helped us get to. Thanks guys.
