This company did a great job. Our septic tank was right in the middle of 3 huge 25’ palm trees. They came out and dug up the septic tank by hand to avoid hitting and of the roots of the 25’ palm trees. They were very precise. The crew was diligent and very friendly. We spent the extra money to have risers installed to avoid the digging in the future. Highly recommend using this company.

Superior Septic did an awesome job on our drain field! They were able to get it permitted and replaced quicker than we ever expected, and pricing was totally reasonable. Haynes was always available and responsive throughout the process. He and his guys were all a pleasure to work with. They also took care to leave our yard in the best condition possible before leaving, which we really appreciated. We're happy we went with them and will continue to them in the future!
My septic pump stopped working 7 years after another company installed it so I called Superior Septic this time, Haynes did an excellent job of explaining the issue with my old pump being underpowered, upgraded the pump to a much stronger one, and added a port for easier access and to pass future inspections. The price, quick response, and professionalism are top notch at Superior Septic. I won’t use anyone else going forward, Haynes and his team are the best.
