You will NOT find anyone more knowledgeable than Mark! His "bedside manner" was top notch as well. He made the time to get my door working manually while he ordered my new Liftmaster. This included fixing several small issues thanks to the builder and the previous installation. As soon as the part came in he squeezed me in that day and even waited until I was home to go over everything with me even though he had already shown my wife. You just don't find service like this anymore and we are customers for life! Thanks again Mark and Superior Overhead Door is just that, Superior!

Mark was much more competitively priced than the national brands, and although he was not the lowest-cost bid I received, I chose to work with him because I valued his transparency and the high-quality parts he uses over cheaper alternatives. Mark is fantastic. This is the second time he has come out to help with garage door issues. The first was a bad sensor a few years ago. This time was a broken spring. He came out within 24 hours and had it all replaced in less than 30 minutes in freezing cold temps at that! I recommend Mark for any and all garage door needs. I know I will continue to recommend and use Mark for years to come.
