Our AC unit chose the absolute worst time to fail—in the middle of a major heatwave! We called Superior Mechanical and they sent out Claudia, who was an absolute professional and a lifesaver. I had Claudia from superior mechanical come in on time. She was very professional and honest she came on time and got right to work. She was able to find the problem and fix it within a few minutes. Prior to calling superior mechanical I had called another company which informed me that I needed to replace the unit and would cost thousands of dollars. I’m glad I called superior mechanical because of them I was able to save thousands of dollars!
