Superior Fence & Rail of Southeast Pennsylvania

I had such a good experience with Superior Fence and Rail of Philadelphia. The estimator was great he got me exactly what I wanted . Kevin was always available when I needed him. The two guys that put the fence in were outstanding. Excellent communication, good craftsmanship, always asked questions to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted. I am thrilled with my fence.

Superior Fence did a phenomenal job installing over 300 feet of beautiful "cypress" vinyl fence around my entire back yard, include a double gate and a single 5 foot gate. They exceeded my expectations in the way they solved several problems with my terrain. A little pricey, but the result is deluxe! I highly recommend them.

Superior Fence did a great job with our recent fence project. They helped us design the right fence layout for our property and did a great job with the installation despite difficult weather conditions.

Superior Fence & Rail did a great job installing a small patio fence in my backyard. It took them half a day. The cost was a little higher than I wanted to spend, but I believe the quality was high. Communication with Superior Fence & Rail was easy, but a bit inconsistent. It took nearly 10 weeks from when I made my deposit to the day the projected was actually completed. When the day came, I didn't realize they were coming that morning and the project was done before I knew it. I'm happy with the overall result and would encourage others to give them a try.

I would not recommend Superior Fence. In hindsight, we should have chosen another company. I chose Superior Fence because the person who gave us an evaluation and estimate was professional, and the quote was comparable to other contractors. Last May, our fence was installed. Shortly after the installation, we noticed the gate would not close properly. I called the office and was connected with Chris, who said he would give me an update "tomorrow" on when someone could come and look at the fence. This was on the 14th of May. I did not hear back from Chris by the 19th, so I reached out to him again and he didn't respond until the 21st. At that time, he apologized and said he had me scheduled for May 27, "first thing," but no one called or showed up to replace or fix the gate on that day. I reached out to Chris on May 29 to tell him no one showed up or called; he never responded. I eventually called the main office to complain. The person who answered was apologetic and eventually scheduled someone to come by and look at the gate. The gate was not properly installed the first time around I was told and they needed to rebuild part of it. Fast forward to October: we noticed some of the pickets were visibly coming undone from the posts. This was not due to natural weathering. I called the office to report it and have someone come out to fix it. They scheduled a day and time and again, no one called or showed up. I had to call the office to report the no call/no show---again. They were again apologetic and eventually someone came to repair the fence. The work was shotty and the lack of communication was absolutely unprofessional. Although the office staff was apologetic when I reported the incidents (which is why I am rating 2 stars instead of 1), I completely regret using Superior and would not recommend them to anyone.

This company is the worst! Not nice people at all over the phone!
