He did a thorough walk through with me to ensure I was aware of the work being done. Any questions I had were addressed immediately. When the work was completed, Fernando made sure I was happy with the results. We just installed our three rail aluminum fence with Superior Fence and Rail. We are really satisfied with their job. First of all the Salesman Larry is so efficient and easy to communicate with. Also the price is pretty reasonable. When we finished signing the contract. Their system will show how many other jobs before you. When the number changed to 6, they contacted us and scheduled the installation. Fernando and his team came on time at about 1:30 and finished the beautiful fence before 5:00. They really did a great job. The area is clean and all the posts are so steady. Everything is just as we expected. Our dog also loved it so much. I would not recommend Superior Fence and Rail. While the overall fence looks fine from a distance, there were details I wasn’t told about up front that definitely would have changed my decision if I had known.
The customer support is especially poor. They provide a dashboard after you sign a contract, but it’s basically useless—it never updates with accurate install timelines. Mine sat at “10 weeks” for ages, then “8 weeks,” and then nothing until the crew finally showed up.
The installers themselves were hit or miss. One had a solid work ethic but was clearly inexperienced and left to work alone too often. When the job was “finished,” my gate had multiple holes from installation errors. I called to get this fixed, and management never even came out to look. They told me it would be months before parts arrived.
When they finally did come back, the owner was briefly on site but left before work was finished. Some bolts were replaced with rivets, but only halfway. I had to call again because they left parts undone—two fence brackets with no bolts or rivets at all, and a second gate not fixed properly.
The fence itself might look okay, but the lack of communication, poor quality control, and weak customer service make this company one I would not use again and cannot recommend.

I am thrilled with the job completed by Superior Fence and Rail. Fernando and crew were quick, efficient, courteous and friendly. They started the work right away, explained everything and verified what needed to be done before work began. I honestly expected the job to take all day but they were done in about 5 hours. The fence looks great and they did a great job cleaning up after. I would most definitely recommend this company and crew.
