May 2, 2026I got fence installed from Superior fence - everything went well in the beginning. However, during fence installation, they probably worked overtime to complete the installation within a day. The last part of the fence was installed in the evening when I returned home and it was dark. They probably did not notice the marking my irrigation provider had marked the day prior. As a result, they bust the pipe and the irrigation system was affected. I wasn’t able to notice this until I checked on the system in March end. The irrigation company could firmed this was done during fence installation since the pipe break is positional between the two poles of the fence. I called them to inform this issue. The owner returned my call and tried explaining that the contract does not cover irrigation pipes. I reread the contract, it does not cover unmarked pipes. I explained to him and he still didn’t budge. Extremely unprofessional service by the owner.
