Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Superior Fence. Started great with sales person although it took a month for them to replace fence they did show up on the day as expected. Overall job was unsatisfactory, had to call many times to come back and finish the job and crew was not friendly nor could I communicate with them since they did not speak English. That's not a problem until there is a problem which i had many. After 3 months the job is still not completed and I have to put bricks in front of gate so strays can't get under gate. Was told no more than two inches from the ground yet I still have to keep my Toy Poodle on a leash sinc... Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Superior Fence. So much more to complain about but I normally don't rate a company but as mentioned beyond disappointed. Also, materials were left all over the yard for me to clean up as well as supplies left in my front yard for 5 days that I was charged for and they finally picked up to get either thrown out or for another job. Smh I went with Superior because of the good reviews, but my experience was terrible!!!

Not happy with communication and scheduling. We sent in our deposit and after four weeks of no communications, we had to call to see when the work was to be scheduled. We were given a date three weeks later. On that date, a Friday, no one showed up or called. We called and were told they were tied up at another job and they rescheduled three days later (Monday). Again, they were a no call - no show. We called again and were scheduled the next day (Tuesday). Again, they were a no call - no show (3rd time). So, we called and were rescheduled for two days later (Thursday). The workers showed up; however, the workorder and estimate did not mat... Not happy with communication and scheduling. The workers showed up; however, the workorder and estimate did not match the job (it was measured incorrectly, and the workers were short by 12 feet), and didn't have the parts/fence. The workers stated they would be back the next day (Friday) to finish the job. They returned when stated but were again short on supplies and stated they were going to another jobsite and get the parts off of another truck and return on their way home. That night, the job was finally completed. The final bill was brought by a four days later with an additional $460 added, due to the difference between the measured estimate and the work completed. The workers were pleasant and industrious, but the communication and scheduling by the company was horrible. The workmanship was good, but the experience was far from their company's name, superior.

We had a great experience working with Superior Fencing. My husband and I walked in just to get a quote and some details on what we would need for our fencing project. We told them right from the start we weren’t necessarily planning on going with them, but just needed information on what to get and how to install the fence. Alex and Craig spent about 40 minutes with us, drawing everything up, telling us exactly what we would need and giving us all kinds of helpful tips and tricks. My husband and I were both extremely impressed, and decided shortly after leaving that we wanted to get the materials through them, even though it was more expens... We had a great experience working with Superior Fencing. My husband and I walked in just to get a quote and some details on what we would need for our fencing project. My husband and I were both extremely impressed, and decided shortly after leaving that we wanted to get the materials through them, even though it was more expensive the Home Depot (who we were originally planning on ordering through). They brought all of the materials right to our house only a couple of days later, and spent a couple of minutes answering questions and giving more helpful tips. We realized the gate delivered was the wrong size, and they brought out a new one just a couple of hours later. At the end of our project, we realized we placed two posts a bit too close together, and that the gate yet again, would not fit. I called them up the next day, and they offered to cut it and re-weld it, just to ensure the perfect fit. We brought it to them, and they had it done in about 30 minutes. With the new gate everything fits perfectly, the quality of all of the materials is great, and our experience with their team / customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend!
