Superior craftsman hasn't begun work as yet. But Gordon called immediately when he heard of my problem. Do not use Handy Andy. He does not know what he's doing. His wife takes his calls and it's impossible to speak directly with him. He walked off the job and never returned the second day. He had my deposit check. Thank God for Stop Payments. His wife decided we 'weren't a good fit' and I wasn't allowed to speak with Andy Thompson. He had removed my drop in range. Superior Craftsman came the very next day. I'm looking forward to doing business with someone who knows what they're doing, is licensed, bonded and insured and really cares about h... Superior craftsman hasn't begun work as yet.
