Superior cleaning did an excellent job thoroughly cleaning my living room carpet and stairs. They were able to remove set in stains (coffee spills), and removed the ground in cat hair! I highly recommend them to professionally clean any carpet.
Our office carpets were filthy with dirt and grease from our shop. They were happy to come in after office hours. Superior first scrubbed then cleaned the carpet with excellent results. We will absolutely use Superior again. Very reasonably priced as well. Thank you!
We've used Superior Cleaning a number of times to clean our carpets and have always had a positive experience. Jennifer and her helper showed up on time as scheduled and cleaned two bedrooms, foyer and stairs. We got our carpet cleaned because of stains from a sick cat who vomited many times on our carpet, leaving dark orange/brown stains even after we really scrubbed with ordinary carpet cleaners. Superior's cleaning entirely removed all of the stains, but also our carpet looks brand new, which we were so pleasantly surprised to fine. Furthermore, the two cleaning techs were right on time, were professional and knowledgable, and were extremely courteous and made every effort to minimize noise and disruption in a work-from-home situation. And the scheduling and rescheduling were easy, convenient, and responsive. Who knew that I would be motivat... I’m a believer in shopping local whenever I can. I just noticed this cleaning service was woman owned and in my same town. They will be coming here to clean my carpets soon! I just called hoping I could get them cleaned before my party and YES! My phone experience was delightful! I’ll post again once they come. ❤️ I am posting again!
