Excellent customer service, clear and detailed overview of what work needed to be done, and very speedy scheduling process. We were also lucky to have the same inspector complete the work (Corbin). I’d be happy to work with Superior Chimney again!
I had Allen and his assistance come out to our house yesterday (3/4/26) to do an inspection on an old chimney. Throughout the visit Allen made a point of communicating what he was finding and his recommendations clearly. I had them do several jobs that day and they did great work. They were very respectful of the property and cleaned everything up well. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with their work. Positive experience and would recommend them without reservations.

Fast, reliable, and professional! I'm very happy I went with Superior Chimney. I had a cap that was not installed correctly (four blocks with mortar slapped on top) and they were able to replace it with a proper concrete pour. Nick explained the issue very clearly and the install crew did a wonderful job.
We had a great experience from start to finish. Their communication was excellent. They called the day before to confirm the window, checked in again the day of with an updated timeframe, and let us know when they were on the way. Super personable and easy to have in our home. They cleaned out a very grimy chimney in our new house, found a few issues, and walked us through everything clearly. We were given a quote and they were able to take care of the repairs the same day, which was a huge relief. Would absolutely recommend.
