As a Bethel College student, I went to Rodger with a shot motherboard and he put in the work to diagnose my problems and move my hard drive to a newer model. He was super friendly and genuinely interested in me as a person, not just as a customer. The student rates he charged were incredibly generous. A great Bethel alum business to support and trust!

He was able to fix my pc components. I called several other places and he was the only one to say he can do it without a problem. He's very skilled. And provided awesome customer service.

Very friendly service and the location is pretty cozy. Communication was clear and concise as well. The cost felt appropriate. It's a small window for hours but it's just to drop off / pick up so make sure you plan ahead for that - they're conveniently at the end of the average work day which is helpful.
