We hired Super Attic Solutions to redo our crawlspace and attic insulation, which was over 30 years old. We also had a mouse infestation in both areas (as it turns out we had some holes that enabled them to enter these areas). Their pricing was competitive compared to the other quotes we received and we chose them because their communication stood out from the start.
We are very glad we went with them. The team was professional and respectful of our property. I really liked that they also provided a warranty guaranteeing they would return if we continued to have pest issues. We recently used Super Attic Solutions in a re-roofing project for our 41 townhome HOA. Ricky’s team Was performing attic remediation in units where the old roof had failed. This required removal of damp insulation, microbial treatment, and re-insulation. Additionally, because we have common fire alarms and sprinkler systems running through our attics, they were able to mark where those were to prevent any Other issues in the future for identifying this. Ricky’s team showed up on time, were super respectful and, performed excellent work. You may wonder why I know he performed excellent work… We had a separate, independent general contractor...We recently used Super Attic Solutions in a re-roofing project for our 41 townhome HOA.
