I had a fantastic experience working with Matt P., who guided me through my entire roof replacement and insurance claim process from start to finish. Matt took the lead as the main point of contact with my insurance adjuster and ensured that everything discussed was handled thoroughly, both on the insurance side and the roofing side. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and truly made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. Suntide did a lot of exterior work on our house after the hail storms (new roof, new fascia, siding, etc.). I highly recommend them! Tyler Tampow was great in coordinating all of the work and making sure it was all done correctly. He was also very responsive and helpful in working with my insurance. Everything is done the correct way, not the easy way! Justin Maroon is quick to respond with any questions I had, I met him at his office and went through siding samples and he gave great advice on what materials and colors to use! He also recommended we go with black gutters and downspouts, and we are so glad we did! I recommend Suntide to all of my friends and family!
