Tony and his guys always do amazing work. I wear my shoes into the ground, and he goes above and beyond to take care of them. This was my third or fourth time in the shop, and he did not disappoint! New leather soles, new rubber sole protectors, new heals, rebuilt toe caps, rebuilt suede heal cups - the works! He’s also so friendly every time. Thanks Tony!

I will not return to this shop.
When I went to pick up repaired shoes, he could not find them. The ticket I was given didn't help locate them. I had arrived about 6pm; the shop closes at 6:30pm. After about 5 minutes, I told him I'd step out for about 10 minutes (thought his search might be easier without me watching). He absolutely understood I would be returning in 10 minutes. When I returned at 6:19pm, the door was locked and the lights turned off. I suspected he was still inside and waited close by. About 15 minutes later I saw him exiting the shop. I said: you knew I was coming back but you locked the door and turned off the lights. Fir...I will not return to this shop.

I said: you knew I was coming back but you locked the door and turned off the lights. First he said he closes at 6:30. I responded that I returned at 6:19 AND THAT HE KNEW I WAS RETURNING. Then he said he had to stretch a pair of shoes in the back. I again stated that he knew I was returning yet he locked the door and turned off the lights. He offered no other explanation. After about one minute, the shoes were found (there was no tag with them to correspond with the the claim check I was given). In that interim period, I had also tried calling the shop's phone number and the call went directly to voice mail.
It's one thing to make a mistake but closing the shop early and pretending he wasn't there is why I won't ever return. This is by far the worst review I've ever written on Google (or Amazon too). This was my first time going to that shop so I have no way of knowing if my experience was extraordinary or typical.
