I’m so happy to have found this family owned business. I was having trouble with a hose attachment, It took him a little bit, but he was able to unclog it and then didn’t even charge me. You just don’t see this kind of service anymore. Truly amazing-thank you so very much! I will definitely be going back.

Just went in to get my brother machine to run since foot control wouldn’t work. He wasn’t in it for the money it would have taken$200 to replace plug in but told me how to run with embroidery button and bypass foot control completely. I’ve never ran machine that way but works great! I was so appreciative to hear I can sew my heart out again! Didn’t want $ but was able to buy them coffee. What a great crew.

I had an amazing experience with Sun Valley Sew & Vac. I have a handle held Dyson that just doesn’t work like it should. The nice older man explained to me how dysons work, gave it a good clean and showed me a new trick to get the cover off. All for free, amazing customer service!! I will definitely be returning if I ever need help with either a vacuum or sewing machine. Highly recommend them!

Richard was incredibly helpful with creating a diagnostic for my vacuum to get an outside extended warranty coverage. A few other places were either a month out from looking at it or would not give me the time of day. Really appreciate the help! Would highly recommend - everyone in the place was friendly!

Great customer service. I've done business in the past and their prices are reasonable. Today the owner fixed a broken wheel on my vacuum and said it only took a drop of oil and a minute to fix. NO Charge! He is honest with his customers.
