As I approach a (sugg)pickup truck in my lane parked , beside it was a large dump truck in the other lane , the driver from the dump truck was standing in the door of passenger side door of the pickup truck, after a moment the driver of the dump truck was directed forward then back wards out of the way of the lane..As if making way for myself and the vehicle behind me to pass , so I proceeded to do so as there was no one with flag or sign saying otherwise. The worker a older gentleman then proceeded to yell at me to get back that I had to wait to pa... Today I was proceeding with caution as I had seen signs stating flagged ahead on a county road. The worker a older gentleman then proceeded to yell at me to get back that I had to wait to pass , he was very demeaning, I said sir there is no flagger, he claimed he was (the flagger) not a sign or flag in hand . So I pulled back and waited very astonished as to the unprofessional way the whole situation was. He then proceeded to flag me through with his hand at which point I had to point out that there was a large dump truck coming and I could not pass at that time. Seems to me that the whole sight was very much chaos and with no regard to safety of the truck drivers or passenger cars, maybe someone should be there to oversee and already have a plan so , the so called flagger can do his job.
Directions were very unclear...... Tboned a train
