This whole experience, from selling to installing, has been flawless and so professional. There is such a difference in my water. It tastes better, there are no more water spots from the dishwasher and soap goes a long way. We should have done this years ago!

We purchased a water softener through Costco who used Suburban Water Technology to handle the installation. Rich came out to do the estimate and look over the plumbing etc. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gladly came back a second time to address some additional questions we had about where to place the unit. We had it put in about 2 wks ago. Billy did a very professional job making certain the unit was installed and functioning properly as well as making certain we understood how it worked and how to care for it. I have great peace of mind knowing this job was done was well and at a reasonable price.
