Always delighted to work with Suburban. Their team is courteous and responsive, they keep to their anticipated schedule, and offer great value when compared to other HVAC companies. We used them for a mini-split installation and are extremely satisfied. I definitely recommend them!
We have used Suburban twice so far, once for regular maintenance and once when our mini split and attic unit went down. We are a little out of their service area being in Acushnet but they fit us into their schedule. Technicians were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Billing is fair and very reasonable. I highly recommend and will continue to use them.
This was my first occasion to work with Suburban. I had heard of them due to their strong reputation. From quick response to obtaining a timely appointment, the company was very good. And the Technician that helped me was OUTSTANDING. Kristina was very knowledgeable technically, but was also extremely professional, polite, informative and a real pleasure to work with. She was a great representative of her company, and because of her I am looking forward to working with Suburban again!
