Joe and his team are incredible! They took a unique challenge of helping me build out my studio in less than a month and they exceeded all expectations. Joe’s expertise, willingness to explain his game plan while also being receptive and open to my ideas made the entire experience so easy. They got the job done in 19 days, did an exceptional job and I had the rest of the month to relax and slowly prep for grand opening! Joe even inspected my roof to ensure that I wouldn’t run into any issues! I won’t be letting anyone I know use anyone but Structural Technology.

On September 12th, 2023, a big storm hit my home in Mesa. Mr. Joseph Rubanow, the owner of Structural Technology Custom Homes Roofing Division, was a true professional. He met my insurance adjuster at my property, and the replacement/repairs got approved ultimately. I needed roof repairs/replacement, exterior paint, and my garage door replaced. Joseph’s communication was excellent, sending me photos of each step before, during, and after, plus he supervised each step. The quality of the paint job on my home was outstanding. He walked me through everything that needed to be done, and spoke in language I could understand and not just contractor jargon! From the estimate, through signing the contract until the job was done! Always in communication with me, any questions I had, he had the answers and never minded helping me! Competitive pricing, but more than that, his knowledge is immense, Trustworthy and very kind! The crew that did the work were so respectful of my property and so thorough, and CLEAN!
