Had a great experience with Street Smart Automotive. Rick was extremely friendly and professional, the kind of person you genuinely want to support by giving them your business. I had them install a dash cam, and from the very first meeting Rick took the time to explain the entire install process, exactly how they were going to do the job, and why they approached it that way. After the install, he sat in the car with me and walked me through everything they did, showed me how the dash cam works, and made sure I was completely comfortable using it before I left. I spoke with Rick at Street Smart, and he was awesome! In a day and age where real customer service is almost obsolete, Rick hit a home run. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. He also provided a manual if I had any other questions. He also provided southern hospitality by offering me something to drink while I waited! I was only on schedule for a consultation, but he squeezed me in to have an Apple Car play system installed. Rick and crew installed a Sony XAV-AX-5600 and Hertz speakers as well as a backup camera in my 2008 Dodge Ram two years ago. The systems sounds great! Last week the system decided not to power on, so I took it to Rick to find out why. They ran test on the radio and found no problems but it still would not power up. They chased the problem down and found it was not getting a good power source from the ignition switch so they located a new source of power. They kept the truck overnight and tested the system many times to insure the problem was fixed. I'm sure they spent at least 4 service hours solving this problem but Rick would not charge m... If you want a quality install from the most knowledgeable experts around then this is the place. Rick and his guys did a phenomenal job building a custom box with 2 10’s and amp install under the back seat of my F150 Roush. Keep up the good work guys! 💪🏻
