BEWARE I sent my generator in three months ago because it wouldn't start. Three storms later, ! still don't have it back and they refuse to respond to my phone calls. I must've called six times and got no response. The last time I called I told him that I wanted it back and I would find someone else to work on it. Three days after that, he sends me an invoice for over $500, yet I have still not received the generator. I paid $700 for this generator 8 years ago and he expects me to give him $500 without even speaking to me about anything for the last three months, and not even return returning my phone calls. Ben is not only a friend of mine but a top notch mechanic. He excels in electrical, hydraulic repairs, and anything else equipment wise.
