Stoneheart Auto Repair deserves more than 5 stars—if I could give 10, I would! I was in a really tough spot. I had just come from urgent care, and my car stopped working. I’d already been to Advance Auto and AutoZone, and after several failed attempts to jump-start my car, I finally got enough of a boost to make it home. I looked up mobile mechanics in my area and chose Stoneheart based on their great reviews and the fact that they are a Christian-owned business. That mattered to me—I expected integrity, care, and a servant’s heart. From the very first call, Chris and his team exceeded those expectations. I spoke to a sweet woman on the pho... I spoke to a sweet woman on the phone, and even then, I could hear Chris in the background asking thoughtful questions to help diagnose the issue before even seeing the car. That told me he really cared. He offered a lower hourly rate than the other company I called and gave me a ballpark estimate, while also being honest that it could change once he saw the vehicle. No pressure—he gave me time to make a decision and told me exactly when he’d be available. When I called back to schedule, Chris showed up early, came prepared, and had a humble, upbeat, and knowledgeable presence. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and the whole experience was seamless from beginning to end.
