Jim is amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable guy - made me feel comfortable from the start bringing my FLX10 DJ board in for repairs. Very reasonable pricing and quicker than expected turnaround! Super impressed!
I don't recommend you asking them for food recommendations and restaurants but I will say that when I took my antique Roland Jazz course 120 there when it came out of the hospital it was better than ever! Then I decided to find a place to eat lunch and I found Jazzy B's and I thought because of the JC 120 I should eat there and it was excellent 5-hour trip for an amplifier fixed and it was well worth it I highly recommend these guys
I recently got a digital piano second hand and within minutes of playing it, it quite making sound at all. Stone Hound was able to find the problem and fix it at what I consider to be a very reasonable price. While there was a little bit of a wait for them to get to my piano, they were very communicative about the wait time up front and made sure to keep me in the loop throughout the time in between.
