The best home assistance I’ve ever had. I had a small HVAC issue and I gave Stephen a call. He showed up early, communicated his beliefs on the issues, as well as listening to my opinion of the situation. Did a diagnostic and fix the issue within an hour. My technician was Steven and the services he provided were impeccable. I scheduled my appointment with the representative for Tuesday afternoon but Steven called on Monday inquiring if it was an emergency and that he could stop by on Monday evening if it was feasible. I agreed and he arrived with in 15 minutes. He patiently answered all my questions, explained everything he did to identify the problem with my leaking water heater and performed the repair quickly, and thoroughly ensuring that my home had running hot water without leaks before leaving. The cost for the repair services were fair and affordable and I was not pressured to entering into any contract with additional fees like some of the other competitors. I highly recommend Stokes plumbing and mechanical and Steven for hot water tank plumbing.
