After being told by Firestone I needed over 2,000 dollars of work done.. I was leary due to the up sell tactics and prior mistakes that Firestone already made on my vehicle. I decided to look elsewhere and remembered a friend of mine who has been coming here for years. I made an appointment to have an inspection completed. They got me in right away; have great customer service and have already proven to be a dependable and trust worthy business. After having my own visit there and reading all the five-star reviews with decades of families continuing to go here, I am sold and will have all my oil changes and car repairs done here going forward...After being told by Firestone I needed over 2,000 dollars of work done.. Great atmosphere and staff at Stickler. Mike is very knowledgeable amd honest about what is needed and not needed for your vehicle. I've never had any issues dealing with them which is why I refer them to family and friends for their automotive needs.
