I cannot say enough good about my experience with Sterling Rose! My computer was ridiculously slow and it was extremely frustrating. I’m a local real estate agent and need my computer 24/7 at normal fast speed! I was able to get an in-person appointment within an hour, and after one hour of going over things with him, I walked away with a computer ready to go! I didn’t miss a beat! Thank you Norman for your expertise. I will be using this company for all of my future computer tech needs.

I've had occasion to have Norman work with me on my home computer twice now, and I only have good things to say. He's extremely knowledgeable, very professional, very efficient, and willing to explain what he's doing at every step of the process. I give him my highest recommendation.

There were about 3 to 4 thousand emails in my old phone alone, and I decided to turn it on, delete the emails, and I shut down the phone. The next morning I powered the phone on to see if there were more emails...
