Sorry to say my last experience with Sterling was less than satisfactory. The quality of the repairs has gone downhill in the last few years. I left a piece to be repaired and got it back in worse condition than I left it. I had to leave it again to be fixed the right way. When I picked it up the second time, the sales associate was condescending and made me feel like I did not understand the nature of the repair, however, I knew exactly why I returned the piece to be redone. It was because they did a poor job ‘fixing’ the original problem and had just created a different problem.
