He made sure the car was completely safe for my daughter to drive, which gave us great peace of mind. They diagnosed and fixed a major brake issue quickly and efficiently. He took the time to clearly explain options for repairing my catalytic converter, including both new and high-quality aftermarket solutions that suited my budget and specific needs. I appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. The work was completed on schedule, and Chris remained available to answer questions even after the job was done. I needed a new auto shop, and I am so glad we went to Stephens! We were with our previous shop for 30 years, and it was our neighbor's shop, which meant we had high standards of service. Stephens has exceeded our expectations! We had small and large car issues with both of our cars this summer and the service was beyond professional. The owner, Joe Stephens, and his staff, Chris, make it their personal responsibility to ensure your car is fixed and safe to leave with. The big issue was our transmission. Stephens sent our JEEP to a 40-year referral of theirs that specializes in transmissions.
