Edgar and team were very responsive, communicated clearly, and best of all did a great job on our floors! They were very careful with our furniture and placed them back exactly where they originally were. We are very satisfied with the steam cleaning and color sealing - yes it’s the same color as the original grout! We’re happy to recommended them to others in our community! We recently had our tile flooring and grout cleaned and sealed by Steemers USA. They did a wonderful job! All the stains were removed and our floors look brand new again. Edgar was our technician, he was polite, honest and answered all of our questions. He walked us through the process and showed us progress along the way while he was cleaning. He was great! We had requested quotes from various companies and Steemers USA was the best when it came to price and communication. 100% would recommend. We will have them back in 2-3 years when maintenance cleaning is due again!
Wow! Very impressed by Edgar! He cleaned, and sealed our grout and gave us a beautiful epoxy garage floor. He was very knowledgeable and kept us updated and informed about what he was doing & double checking everything. Will definitely use them again in the future!
