This was my first experience with Steel T and they did not disappoint! The technician (Jose) was prompt, courteous and professional and quickly diagnosed and repaired my heating system. Hopefully, I won't need their expertise for years to come but I won't hesitate to call them again if I do!
Our family has used Steel T for over 20 years at 4 houses. They are the best! Always professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Beyond amazing. My technician, if I remember correctly named Nick, was the friendliest, most informative and caring technician you could ever ask for. As a new homeowner equipped with heat pump technology, I truthfully have no idea how anything works- he made sure to teach me everything about the technology including educating me on the accordion sized filters and maintenance, and having me practice removing and reinstalling it. He went above and beyond in all his care and passion for the education and explanation of all things HVAC- all in an effort to keep my equipment running longer and utility bills lower through increased efficiency.
