Bethel Park repair. Great service, actually had the part. Came out on a Sunday morning and replaced our spring. Dan was very knowledgeable. If it wasn't for Steel City our cars would have stuck in garage til Tuesday.

When my garage door wouldn’t close, these guys came out promptly to address it. However, rather than try to fix my system, they only offered me to disassemble it and close the door or to replace the entire system. Prices for both of those options seemed pretty high to me. I was already feeling dissatisfied, but when another company came out and fixed my system for less than what these guys charged me just to close the door, I felt that Steel City had taken advantage of me.

Tim scheduled me in pretty quick. He came out on time and was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Got my garage door working again at a reasonable price.

I have a very large wooden garage door that was making noises like it needed help. I called Steel city Garage Doors and received an appointment within one day. When Tim arrived (on time) he was polite, professional and explained what I had been hearing. As it turned out, the door rails and hinges needed to be greased. All else was good. When I asked what I owed them, the answer was No Chsrge! That’s the way to get customer loyalty and support!! Next time I have a garage door issue, they are the only place to call!! Thanks Guys!!
