Curtis was super helpful and helped rekeyed all my locks to the same key. It is confusing for my mom with dementia to have so many different types of keys. He was on time and helped fix the locks that were difficult to open as well. He also save me a trip out because he could make duplicate keys onsite. He was courteous and very responsive to text. I called Steadfast after being shot down by another in Siloam Springs,AR and I explained my situation and Curtis was very understanding and got on it right away... He ordered me a new remote Fob for my car and called the service contract company and in good faith came to my home and programmed the remote to my car and all I had to pay was taxes.
