I wanted to hold off on writing my review until i used the service for a while. It was a huge difference between Staten Island Security & Alarm and the previous company. After 6 months and some service calls, I feel Simon has done a terrific job for us and glad we went with Staten Island Security & Alarm versus the other company who I have used in the past. Installation: Very good value and finished the job in a timely manner. Took the time to understand what I wanted and matched his products and services to best suit our needs. No surprises or issues.

Anything that we bring up, Simon quickly resolves so there is no disruption to us. Staten Island Security & Alarm Is highly recommended!!

We recently moved to Staten Island and wanted a comprehensive security system installed in our new house. We received proposals from 4 separate security firms operating in Staten Island and Staten Security & Alarm and Gilberto stood out among all of the competition in terms of professionalism and expertise (Although not the cheapest option we had).
Gilberto was very impressive in his quick response and in explaining the security options available to us. We spoke with his central monitoring partner as part of the qualification process to validate Staten Security & Alarm’s service levels as well.

Staten Security & Alarm were thorough and fast from my initial quote request, to the day of installation. They explained everything in great detail and did not cut corners, and answered all of my questions in great detail. I fully recommend their service to anyone who needs a security system installed. Everything can be controlled through my phone, and I can even view live feed from my cameras at any time of the day. I plan on having new doors installed through another company, and upon completing that project I will be contacting Staten Security & Alarm for automated locks to be installed in the new doors. The best Staten Island has to offer...Staten Security & Alarm were thorough and fast from my initial quote request, to the day of installation.
